Method description
Prepare a standard meeting, for example, a weekly meeting or a unit meeting, and take turns with each participant. Discuss the following together:
- What issues should be addressed together?
- What is the goal of discussing each issue? For example, informing, brainstorming, solving or evaluating.
- What information do the participants need in advance so that they can properly participate in the discussions?
