Method description
Create an annual clock where the topics of the occupational health and safety action programme are placed in the meeting schedule of the team or unit. Prepare a discussion of each topic by using the Joint preparation method. Also utilise the Centre for Occupational Safety’s Safety Moment materials. You can ask the occupational safety manager or representative to attend your meetings.
